PRIVATE EVENT

2026 TERMS OF SERVICE:

- Tactical Force is fully licensed and insured to operate laser tag events

- Contract dates are first come first serve and subject to availability. 

No contract dates are confirmed until signed and dated by both event host & Tactical Force Laser Tag. 

Once event dates are confirmed and both parties have signed a copy will be mailed and/or emailed to the event host

- Event Time – Games will start on or before your requested start time and run continuously until contracted end time. 

Tactical Force will require access to area that event will be held a minimum of 90 minutes prior to event start time. We also may take up to 90 minutes to disassemble. 

- Cancelation – Tactical Force requires a minimum of 24-hour notice to cancel events without penalty

- Play Area – Battlefield area must be free of debris & animal feces. We recommend a 30’ x 70’ area however we can set up in any size area. Outdoor area requires a grassy location that we can use tent stakes to secure inflatable bunkers. 

Indoor setup also available with advance notice.

- Weather – We are unable to play in rain. In the event it begins to rain during your event time Tactical Force will pause game play for up to 30 minutes without any additional charge. 

In the unfortunate event your event gets rained out after set up and 30 minute grace period has passed a minimum charge of $150 will be assessed for time and travel

- Guest Count - No guest count limit – You may have as few or many guest play as you wish

- Tactical Force can play up to 15 players per game. Games run a minimum of 5 minutes per game and can be adjusted to host specifications

- All games to be offered FREE of charge to all guest.

- Community events whom wish to charge a fee per play the event host must provide tickets, armbands, punch cards, etc. 

Event host must provide staff and supplies to charge guests. Tactical Force will not collect or handle any aspects of payment for play. 

Tactical Force will have valid gaming permit/license at our expense if required by the state. 

- Tactical Force reserves the right to refuse service to any guest with our discretion 

- Tactical Force is required to collect liability waivers (per insurance) for each participant OR Event host may sign a blanket waiver covering all participants for the duration of contract. Tactical Force will provide a liability waiver to event host for distribution to guests or provide a digital waiver link for guests to complete waiver online.

- Tactical Force will provide guest of honor a Birthday gift (Birthday event only)

- Tactical Force will host a high score tournament. Guest with the high score of the event will receive a trophy. (Non-Birthday events)

- Event host to provide access to a standard 110v electric outlet within 50’ of battlefield area

EVENT RATES:

From $400 for up to two hours of play. Additional play time may be available based on availability for discounted rate.  

Total rate determined based on availability and event location.

Rate quotes include set up, staffed play time, and tear down. NO hidden fees!
